Parent ProgressBook

With ProgressBook, parents and students can track grades, view class schedules and homework assignments, monitor attendance, and more. ProgressBook is available both online and through a convenient mobile app.

 

Getting started is quick and easy. You can set up your account through either the app or the website. To begin, you’ll need your student’s “Registration Key,” which is emailed to the primary legal guardian at the time of enrollment. If you no longer have the registration key, our team is happy to help — contact the Central Office at 740-335-3010. You can find step-by-step instructions below.

  1. When redirected to the website, begin typing your district name
    1. In the results list, select your district
    2. Tap “Go”
  2. Scroll down to the “New to ProgressBook?” section
  3. Tap “Create Account”
  4. On the next screen, tap “New Parent Account”
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete registration

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Tap “Login”
  3. When redirected to the website, begin typing your district name
    1. In the results list, select your district
    2. Tap “Go”
  4. Scroll down to the “New to ProgressBook?” section
  5. Tap “Create Account”
  6. On the next screen, tap “New Parent Account”
  7. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete registration

You can add additional students to your ProgressBook account at any time. Please note that this feature is only available through a web browser and cannot be completed in the mobile app.

  1. Log in to your ProgressBook account
  2. Click “My Account”
  3. Click the “My Students” tab
  4. Click “Link Another Student”
  5. Enter information for each field
    The "Registration Key" is provided on the registration letter from the school or district and is not case sensitive.
    The "First Name" must exactly match the name on the registration letter from the school or district.
    The "Last Name" must exactly match the name on the registration letter from the school or district.
  6. Click “Save”

    2. Scroll down to the “New to ProgressBook?” section
    3. Tap “Create Account”
    4. On the next screen, tap “New Parent Account”
    5. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete registration
